Welcome to Be Still Wellness Center & Spa. These Terms & Conditions outline important information about your rights, responsibilities, and the policies that govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By booking an appointment, visiting our center, or using our site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for reasons including—but not limited to—non-compliance, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other guests.
2. Inappropriate Conduct
Harassment, inappropriate language, or sexual remarks will not be tolerated. Sessions may be terminated immediately, and full payment will still apply. Repeat offenders may be banned from future services.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-shows will be invoiced. Repeat no-shows will require prepayment to rebook.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Health & Medical Disclosure
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to your session. If you are under medical care, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking any services or spa amenities.
6. Spa Etiquette
To help maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that you silence mobile devices and keep conversation at a low volume. We appreciate your respect for fellow guests and staff.
7. Hygiene & Cleanliness
We ask guests to arrive clean and practice good hygiene. Our spa team upholds strict sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
8. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full at the time of your visit. We accept payments via Valor Tech. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Gift certificates, promotions, and memberships may have additional terms.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information and health history are kept strictly confidential and are only accessible to authorized staff. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
10. Website Use & Content Ownership
The Be Still Wellness Center & Spa name and logo are the property of our business and may not be used without our written consent. While some images and service descriptions were created using licensed or third party tools, the layout, branding, and presentation of this website are unique to our business. Any attempt to impersonate, copy, or falsely represent Be Still Wellness Center is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Clients voluntarily participate in spa services and use amenities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or outcomes beyond our control. Clients are responsible for following post-service instructions.
12. Right to Modify Terms
Be Still Wellness Center & Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and take effect immediately.
13. Age Restrictions
Guests under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent and may be required to have a guardian present, depending on the service. We reserve the right to deny service if age restrictions are not met.
14. Gift Cards & Memberships
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Memberships are non-transferable and must be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
15. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving concerns with fairness and transparency. Should an issue arise, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably before further action is considered.
